Dr. Balpreet Arora ( Founder Director )
A multi talented, self driven, disciplined and enthusiastic professional, she has flair of teaching, training, research and corporate working. Having wide experience of more than 22 years in different industries she has always has been an out performer.
As a Banker she worked with prestigious banks of India like Bank of Punjab Ltd. and IDBI Bank Ltd. and excelled at public dealing and training.
As an educationist, has taught in various universities and is passionate about teaching and sharing knowledge. She has been associated with prestigious institutes like; St.Xavier's College Ahmedabad, Kanoria College Jaipur, S.S.G.Pareek College Jaipur, Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phule College Jaipur, and S.R. Govt.College and Khalsa College, Amritsar.
As a Researcher, she was part of various prestigious organizations and projects of UNICEF, Institute of Development Studies Jaipur, VIKSAT Ahmedabad, BSC Ahmedabad , Human Development Research Centre Ahmedabad and IGSSS , New Delhi.
Having a brilliant Academic record, experience in public speaking, she also has flair of drama and dance and has participated in various extracurricular activities. A good debater, and a performer in elocution, she has deep interest in literature as well. She is also a poet and a writer, having many articles published in various magazines. She is a good speaker, has great ability to engage the listeners and motivate. Being a woman of substance, happily married and a mother, she believes in balancing all the roles and is helping others to cherish theirs.
A well versed administrator and trainer, she has the vision of bringing about change in the lives of individuals through training and guidance. She firmly believes that a strong personality as well as a good image is essential for all round success in life.

Mr. Ravi Arora ( Director Training )
Masters in Business Administration from reputed institute with specialization in Marketing, he is a dedicated, hard working and result oriented professional. Having 27 years of rich experience in Sales, Marketing, Training and Customer Service, he started his career as an executive and reached to senior positions. Worked in Top Corporates and MNC's like; Bharti Airtel Ltd., HFCL Infotel Ltd., Modi Industries, DuPont Sportswear Ltd and Blue Dart Express Ltd. on several senior positions across India and has handled various responsibilities.
He has been awarded as "the best performer" several times in his sales career. He is acknowledged as a great motivator and also known for his inter-personnel skills, excellence in training, motivational skills, handling ambiguous situations and execution excellence.
He is passionate about imparting training and has been regularly conducting training sessions on Sales Pitch, Stress Management, Public Dealing, Work Ethics, Channel Sales, Direct Sales, Presentation Skills, Telecalling Techniques, Customer Handling, Interview Techniques etc. He has also attended various trainings at national and international level under train the trainer program.
Having firsthand experience on corporate behaviour, his practical knowledge of the field, understanding the need of the market, and great capacity to deliver has made him an experienced and reliable trainer. He is an excellent speaker and a good counselor. Academically very strong, he has a profound knowledge of English as a Language and has deep interest in Western Literature and Culture. A true gentleman with a strong character, commitment and determination, he is an asset for the Institution.
